We are a small, close team with a very specific focus: helping Spanish industrial SMEs reduce operational dependency without putting them in a heavy project or selling them an inflated suite.
Our history
Why we build REELEVO
Working with Spanish industrial companies, we repeatedly saw the same problem: plants that worked well while the usual operator was present, and that they stopped dead when it was missing.
The knowledge that made the plant work lived in the heads of a few people. Not in documents, not in systems. In people. And that is an enormous risk that no one measured.
Existing solutions were for the Fortune 500: expensive, slow to implement, and designed for companies with an IT department and six months of project. Not for the SME of 40 people in Pontevedra that needs to solve this next week.
That's why we built REELEVO: a tool designed specifically for industrial SMEs Spanish. Simple, honest in price and designed to get up and running quickly.

Secure storage
Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure (UE), with encryption at rest and in transit. Complete isolation between companies through Row-Level Security.
Continuity and recovery
The managed infrastructure incorporates copy and recovery mechanisms. If your case requires more detail, we will explain the real scope before contracting.
GDPR Compliance
The main infrastructure of the product is supported by the European Union and the processing complies with the GDPR. When auxiliary international suppliers are involved, we apply the corresponding contractual guarantees.
Minimum operator data
Operators access with a company code, without a personal account. We seek to minimize personal data and limit it to the basic operational identification necessary to record execution when applicable.

Where is my data stored?
Product operational data is primarily hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. Some ancillary services of the website or analytics may involve international providers, always under appropriate contractual guarantees and with the scope limited to their function.
Can I export all my documented processes?
Yes. From the administration panel you can export all processes, steps and instructions in CSV and Excel format (Professional plan) at any time. The data is yours and always accessible.
What happens if REELEVO stops trading?
In the event of closure of the service, we would notify you at least 90 days in advance and we would facilitate the complete export of all your data and processes. The knowledge you have documented will always be yours, it is not captive on our platform.
How long are activity logs kept?
Activity records (who consulted which process and when) are kept for as long as you are subscribed, plus an additional 12 months after unsubscribing. You can export the complete history at any time.
What is really recorded?
REELEVO can leave a useful base on the process followed, the position or machine, the date and time, the visible version and the result of the flow. When your business needs more tracking, you can associate the flow with an internal identifier.
What is the difference between quick consultation and associated follow-up?
Quick query prioritizes someone finding the process and unlocking the position with minimal friction. The associated tracking adds an internal identifier when the company needs to monitor onboarding, quality, audits or internal monitoring.
Do we need IT to start?
For the basic functions you do not need IT. If your corporate network has firewall or proxy restrictions, a domain opening may be necessary, something that can be resolved in minutes with any network technician. Integrations with ERP or RRHH systems do require IT collaboration.
